Why B Corp, why now
As we've has grown, so has our responsibility. Working at the heart of the NHS means the decisions we make - commercially, technically and culturally - have real impacts on patients, clinicians and teams under pressure.
We wanted a framework that would help us make those decisions consistently, even as we scale. B Corp gives us an independent way to test ourselves against that responsibility: balancing growth with long-term social impact, being open about where we’re doing well, and holding ourselves to account where we can do better.

What certification means in practice
B Corp assesses companies across five areas: governance, workers, community, environment and customers. To certify, businesses must meet a verified standard and commit legally to balancing profit with purpose.

A milestone, but not the finish line
Becoming a B Corp isn’t the end of the journey. We’ll be reassessed every three years, and we’re expected to keep raising the bar. There are areas we’re proud of, and areas we know we need to strengthen - particularly as we continue to grow, evolve alongside the NHS, and build a more sustainable healthcare system the right way.
The business is very inclusive, the people are brilliant and the exec team are superb. They work alongside everyone else, have conversations with people and don't push a ‘them and us’ kind of vibe.
