For patients

What is DrDoctor?
DrDoctor is a secure online portal where you can view appointment information and manage your care, anytime.

If your hospital uses DrDoctor, you can access the patient portal using any smartphone, computer or tablet. There’s no need to download any software or update your device, all you need to do is follow the secure link sent by your care provider and you can start managing your care online.
What communication will I receive from DrDoctor?
If you have an appointment from a hospital that uses DrDoctor, the text message you received about your appointment came through us. We send you text messages on behalf of your care provider from the following number: +447860039092 and would recommend adding that number to your contacts so you’ll recognise it in the future. If you have also agreed to receive messages via email, we’ll also contact you there.
Your hospital may also be using Online Care to let you to inform your clinical team about how you are doing. With Online Care, you can fill out online assessments at set points in time, from the comfort of your home. Your doctor or nurse will review your assessments, which will help them to provide you with better care.
You may have also received messages from your local hospital providing important information about COVID-19. We’ve been working closely with hospitals to make sure they can contact patients quickly and easily.
If you'd like to confirm that your hospital uses our services, try visiting their website and searching for "DrDoctor" from the home page.
