I can't find my letter

The letter might be for someone else linked to your contact details, like a family member. Try logging in with their info if relevant. If that doesn’t work, your hospital’s records may need updating - contact them directly to check. Their details are usually on any letters, texts, or their website.

Navigating multiple hospitals in the portal

If you’re receiving care from more than one hospital, you can access letters from different providers:

1. Scroll down and select “Sign in with another provider.”
2. Enter your last name, date of birth, and postcode, then click "Continue."
3. You’ll be prompted to choose which hospital you’d like to access. Once selected, a security code will be sent to your saved phone number so you can log in and view your letters.
   

Managing or querying your appointment

Need to cancel or reschedule? You can manage your appointment directly through the portal:

• Go to the “Appointments” tab and select the appointment you’d like to update.
• Alternatively, reply “Cancel” or “Change” to your appointment text reminder.
